We believe in a team approach of closely working with our customers to understand and solve your business problems. Our team helps validate root cause issues, define requirements, explore alternative resolutions, design an effective solution and then plan an implementation and support strategy.

Our Customer Engagement Team consists of;
Business Development Manager works with you to understand and document business requirements, needed resources, project timelines, establish budget, create ROI, proposal generation and liaison to technical team and business partners.

Business Development Associate acting as a communication liaison between all parties. The Business Development Associate tracks timelines, coordinates resources, acts as an escalation point of contact and overall customer service representative.

Technical Resources: Solution Architects helps flush out the problem, understand the touch points, design and present a solution. Once a solution has been accepted, we detail resource requirements, tools & timelines necessary for a successful implementation.
